Ensure customer service levels and department priorities are adequately met through effective coordination and assignment of work. Serve as the primary point of contact for QI Operations on cross-departmental projects. The Supervisor, QI Operations Analysis and Support Units will be responsible for recruitment, training, and development of staff in the QI Operations Analysis & Support, File Maintenance and Enrollment unitsDuties and Responsibilities:

  • Select, train, develop and organize operational unit staff to meet business objectives, includes but not limited to:

  • Assesses and addresses staff training needs

  • Establish and update individual objectives & Performance standards that support the unit and department goals

  • Maintain and reinforce performance standards

  • Maximize staff performance through mentoring, continuous learning and training

  • Ensure staff has the necessary knowledge and skills, to meet business needs

  • Provide direction and coaching to resolve business issues in support of operational units to include but not limited to:

  • Understanding the various business needs to effectively support the operational units with System related issues, project deliverables provider data contract loads & updates and membership enrollment updates

  • Leads, facilitates and organizes business teams in solving business issues.

  • Direct and ensure that operational Units meet business needs and objectives to include but not limited to

  • Timely completion of system updates and project deliverables

  • Timely Provider contract loads and updates

  • Timely Membership Loads and updates

  • Develop Unit Business Plan and Budget. Monitors/Manages Unit Plan performance against Unit Plan. Monitors/Manages Budget Expenses effectively.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience of which 2 must be in the team lead/project or lead/supervisory capacity; or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

  • Effective communication Skills

  • Proficiency in using PC and Microsoft Office applications

  • After hours and weekend work may be required to meet deadlines.
