System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)

Kūpono Government Services is looking for a qualified professional with the following required and training to accomplish the following tasks:
Possess a comprehensive knowledge and in-depth experience in the technical concepts, practices, and procedures relating to SCCM in a DoD IT healthcare environment.
Receive and lab test SCCM packages from high headquarters prior to actual rollout/deployment.
Provide structured change management through rigorous testing and analysis, quality assurance testing, software automation, and patch management.
Work directly with IMD managers and counterparts at higher commands when coordinating all top-down mandated systems, application patches, upgrades, and deployment issues.
Deliver high quality solutions through SCCM to TAMC's healthcare customers that insure the investment in technology is consistent with the Command's readiness and military healthcare objectives.
Perform SCCM administration and enterprise monitoring for over 5400+ EUD's, one SCCM site server, and six SCCM distribution point servers.
Provide hardware and software technical support analysis to include enterprise wide monitoring of IAVA compliance.
Create and maintain SCCM packages, collections, advertisements, queries, and reports.
Coordinate and implement test plans, migration plans, and delivery plans with key IMD staff.
Coordinate directly with appropriate IMD staff on critical deployment issues related to IAVA patches an IA compliance.
Each SCCM package includes 25-30 IAVA’s monthly with 21 day deadlines (normally). Software installs/removals/upgrades average about 10-15 per month with deadlines that range from 1 week to several months depending on complexity and criticality.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
IAT Level I and 5 or more years in-depth work experience in the technical concepts, practices, and procedures relating to Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) in an IT healthcare environment. IT SCCM supporting a similar sized facility, environment, and customer base as TAMC workload, and complexity.
Computer Environment- A+ or MC Windows 7 (Exam 70-680)
IA Level: IAT-I – Baseline Certification: A+, Network+, Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) or CCNA- Security.
Must have a favorable National Agency Check (NAC) or a NAC must be initiated.
Health Requirements:The following requirements are, except where otherwise indicated, considered essential:
A written statement from a physician that the individual is free of all communicable diseases or valid documentation.
Tuberculosis Screening . IPPD (Mantoux Intermediate Strength PPD 5-TU), unless contraindicated, will be administered within 6 months prior to reporting to TAMC or SBHC. Retesting will be required annually thereafter. The individual will be required to provide documentation to the Occupational Health Clinic. Positive tuberculin reactors will provide normal results of a chest x-ray.
Rubella, Rubeola, Mumps & Varicella Screening . Screening tests for the presence of Rubella, Rubeola, Mumps & Varicella antibodies can be performed and individuals with non-protective titers must be immunized prior to reporting to TAMC. If an individual has had the disease/diseases, a statement from a physician or authorized official attesting to the fact of the employee immunity if required.
Tetanus-Diphtheria . The individual is required to have had a Tetanus- Diphtheria immunization within the past 10 years. Documentation must be provided prior to reporting to TAMC.
Polio . The individual is recommended to have had a completed series of Polio vaccine prior to reporting to TAMC.
Hepatitis B vaccine . Required for all personnel with duties involving direct patient contact.
Annual influenza vaccine required for all personnel with duties involving direct patient contact.
Documentation of Results. All personnel will be required to furnish documentation and results of these medical requirements, which will be received by the Occupational Health staff during in processing. Personnel who are unable to furnish documentation will not be considered medically cleared and, subsequently, not be able to start work until there prerequisites are met.
