job description

Provide data architectural leadership in developing enterprise data/process models, and logical/physical database designs. Provide data and database development, maintenance, and production support. Participate in IT and Business project to define system requirements.

Develops and manages information to support corporate decision making. Manages and improves existing reporting systems. Performs complex analyses. Educates/trains on or conducts/facilitates analyses, issues identification, organizational risk assessment, and decision making processes.

Experience Level: 6-10 Years.

Skill Set:

  • Business analysis.

  • Business process modeling - enterprise to department level.

  • Ability to interpret Entity Relationship Diagrams.

  • Experience in SQL

  • Teamwork, Collaboration and Communication skills are essential.

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions

  • Provides consulting and analytic services to leadership.

  • Provides technical support and mentoring and training to less senior analysts.

  • Develops methodology and processes for prioritization and scheduling of projects.

  • Analyzes problems and determines root causes.

  • Automate Reports

  • Clarity Reports and other Data Request Responses

  • Set up SQL Server

  • Other Duties as Assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, computer science, management information systems, or related field

  • If no degree, equivalent related experience.

Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications:

  • Five years data analyst or related experience, including proficiency with analytical software or equivalent related education.

  • Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and research methods.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in adaptability, decision making, customer service, interpersonal relations, oral communication, problem solving, project management, quality management, teamwork, written communication, group presentations, group process facilitation, influence, results orientation, strategic thinking, and team building.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in word processing, spreadsheet, and database PC applications.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of ICD-9 CM coding and Medicare programs if relevant to area supporting.
