Implements systems security plans, policies and preventive maintenance schedules. Using systems diagnostic tools and fault identification techniques, runs tests to verify operability and functionality. Carries out routine maintenance, upgrade, and support of servers. Performs assignments using standard principles, theories, concepts and methods for systems administration and systems engineering. Provides ongoing optimization and problem solving support to minimize interruptions in customers' ability to carry out critical business activities. Provides information and instructions related to the maintenance and service process. Runs systems backups. Prepares and presents reports and briefings to technical staff. Interprets IT policies, standards and guidelines. Develops network usage policies and procedures. Applies information security and information assurance policy, principles, and practices.

Must possess a Microsoft Certified Server Associate (MCSA) for Server 2012 certification.
Must be able to obtain Tier 3 (ANACI) clearance.

QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. All qualification requirements must include experience performing duties equivalent in scope and complexity to the next lower grade level.
Experience, education and/or specialized training sufficient to demonstrate knowledge and skill in:
Information Technology experience in a hotel environment.
Administrative experience of a Point of Sales system.
Administrative experience in a Hotel Property Management system.
Principles and methods for integrating and maintaining information systems hardware and software;
Performance tuning tools and techniques;
System diagnostic tool and fault identification techniques; Systems administration methods
IT security principles.

Willing to work on-call 24/7 on a weekly rotation basis.
