Identify problems and issues as well as provide insights to management on various business issues and challenges.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Independently investigates and analyzes business requirements and company initiatives as assigned by management. Represents the unit on cross-functional teams and projects. Monitor and assess departmental operations and activities to recommend opportunities for improvement. Works with assigned stakeholders to understand business drivers, goals, and actionable outcomes using analytics.

  • Coordinates intradepartmental software/technical support. Defines system and business specifications and develop test cases as part of program improvement and development process. Employs data mining, segmentation, other analytical techniques to capture important trends and create relevant performance dashboards.

  • Independently executes and analyze departmental (phone, mail, walk-ins, etc.) performance metrics. Prepares statistical data that is used to determine and report performance at a corporate level. Duties also include ongoing review of performance to enhance systems and/or workflows that add functionality and improve efficiency. Participates in strategic and tactical planning discussions.

  • Executes staff updates, ad hoc reports and other departmental reporting needs in a timely manner. Manages and automates daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly business reporting.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

  • Good working knowledge Microsoft Office applications.
